Guests booking a stay during 2026 will receive an exclusive 50% discount on the listed villa rates.
Note
• Children up to 6 years are free of charge.
• Breakfast is included. Private chef can be pre-booked to prepare lunch and dinner to an additional cost.
• 30% deposit required at the time of booking – remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of applicable rate charged.
• 14–7 days before arrival: 75% of applicable rate charged.
• 6 days or less before arrival, including no-shows: 100% of applicable rate charged.
